Rate limits

We use rate limiting to protect our service's from strain on web servers, malicious attacks and caps on API calls per app.

We have rate limiting on our APIs per API key which limits how many calls you can make within a given time period. The rate limit is custom to each API Key and will be set based on your needs with your account manager.

We have 3 different types of rate limiting per second, per minute and per hour.

If you start to get rate limited you will receive 429 response statuses instead of 200.

If you start getting rate limited​

  • If you are getting rate limits contact your account manager as they can upgrade your rate limits or suggest a solution to why you are getting rate limited.
